If this is your first visit with Lighthouse Littles, we need to learn more about you and your little to provide them with the BEST care. Before you let us care for your child, we kindly ask that you complete a brief registration form at our Check-In Station. This helps us gather important information like allergies, special needs, emergency contacts, and any comforting routines or preferences that will help your child feel safe and loved.

Once registered, you and your child will receive matching security tags. You’ll use your tag to pick up your child after service—this ensures only authorized individuals can check out your little one. For their safety, children will not be released without the corresponding tag.

If your child needs you during the service, we’ll notify you through a text message or your assigned security number.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience, or you can complete the form ahead of time. Our friendly team is here to help and answer any questions you may have!
